Questions
Do I have to get on a call?
No. We work entirely by email, so you can reply whenever it suits you. If you want to see something explained, ask and we'll send a short recorded video walkthrough.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it on our fast setup, or we can just take care of your reviews on the $199 plan while you keep your current site.
Who owns the domain and content?
You own your domain, your business name, your photos and your logo. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of the site files on request.
How do review replies work?
You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, which you can remove at any time. We reply to positive reviews directly. Negative reviews, and any that touch on refunds, injuries, legal or health matters, go to you for a quick OK before we post anything.
How do I cancel?
Email us, use the Stripe billing link in your receipt, or cancel the subscription in your PayPal account. You won't be billed again, and service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI tools to build sites and draft replies quickly, and we check every reply against the rules you've set before it goes out. That's how we keep prices low.
